It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Just tried it and still not working. Also ive noticed that in the database search there should be images for mason greenwood and harvey neville and they arent loading in my game either

Erm...the updates go inside your main facepack, they are NOT stand-alone packs.....but additions. Can we see a screenshot of your pack in location?

Let's start with Greenwood... type "28121564.png" into a computer search and see if you have actually downloaded the update properly...if it is indeed showing up and in the correct location...namely your Megapack folder, then perhaps you can also post a screenshot so we can see it's in the right place?

Mason Greenwood isn't displaying, but Harvey Neville is
Both are included in 11.01 as far as I can see, and both are included in the config file.
I'm a bit perturbed now. I'll have to delve deeper to see what could be causing this.
@Rowan it looks like some images were included in the latest update pack and its config file, but still aren't displaying in-game

Looks to me like you didn't download the full megapack, which should include the config file within it. How many images do you have in total in your megapack folder?

That said, the file total looks to be that of when 10.12 was released. Make sure to download the 11.0 and 11.01 update packs to be fully up-to-date

Hello rowan ive now deleted the files the license fix works and so do the kit pack but ive downloaded them a few times and they will not work . I have used the tips yes but still not loading correctly..

a) What program are you using to extract them? I recommend Winrar, as other programs have been known to have issues for some reason
b) Both are quite large files and it could well happen that the download gets interrupted part-way through the download (possibly due to an intermittent internet connection your end or server issues our end). You could then be trying to extract an incomplete download, which is why they fail to extract. What error message are you getting? Make sure that the final file size for both the face and logo megapacks is the same as that indicated on the respective download pages. I suggest downloading both files through Chrome, since it allows resuming of downloads which have stopped

You gave me a photo of the iconfaces folder, with the section of the bar in the bottom left folder where the amount of files included in the folder is displayed being cropped out. I can't really help you unless you help me to do so...
