It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

If you placed the sortitoutsi folder for the base megapack into the graphics folder, then yes, all you need to do is drag the sortitoutsi folder from the 11.01 update pack, and accept any overwrite prompt warning. If you don't get them, then you haven't installed it correctly.

Just want to make sure every thing is in place here...
So when I followed the instructions my sortitoutsi folder is now only 300 MB with about 6100 objects, doesn't this a bit small?

Instead your sortitoutsi folder, you should have a faces and an iconfaces folder. Each should have around 211,000 images.
Given the amount of images, I suspect you downloaded update pack 11.0 and added 11.01 to it. What you should have done is downloaded the full 11.0 base pack, then followed it with 11.01.

I think I figured out the problem, and that is that I didn't download the 11.0 update pack but instead went straight to the 11.01 pack. Because my folder went from around 15 GB to 300 MB.

I only mentioned it in case there was a small risk you had any extra stuff in there, which may affect how and if the MP works. Hope you get it sorted either way

Well I'm devastated right now because the 12GB base pack went corrupt after I overwrote it and when I went back here to the website I see that the combined torrent download link was gone and that I now have to download every single part one at a time since I don't have a premium membership. I'm such an idiot.

Looks to me like you haven't installed this pack correctly. How many images in total do you have? Are the in-game preferences set as indicated in the screenshot in the opening post? How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder and can I have a screenshot of it?

I don't think it will have anything to do with your system. It will probably depend on the quality of your internet connection or on the stability of our servers. With a file this big, it often happens that there is an interruption at some point. If you use Google Chrome, it should allow you to resume your download from the point it was cut off, which should hopefully allow you to download the file fully

Whenever adding new images, I would suggest putting them in a separate folder entirely. Just in case the new config you generate to add them doesn't work well.
I've loaded up my FM and those 3 players you mention all appear perfectly fine in my game. Are you sure you installed the pack (and any updates) correctly? Cos it seems like the issue is at your end, rather than with the MP...
To get the torrent, scroll to the bottom of this page until you come to the torrent tabs and download the 11.0 version. Then download the 11.01 update pack to be fully up-to-date

Not quite sure if it's the right thread. But the face search tool doesn't always show the most recent face when searchig for a team.
Example, when I search for FC Midtjylland (id 526) the player Bozhidar Kraev is shown with the cut from 9.12 instead of the one from 11.01. Makes the search process for team packs more time consuming

That's a bit strange and I can see how irritating it can be. I'm hopeful that this issue will be resolved once the FM19 database is updated on the site
I'm having troubles to download cut out faces, the download is very slow and it broken after few minutes. It results I have already download it, but actually just start download but then I have stopped coz I have not time.
No problems with other download.

I've given it a go on my crappy work connection and it's downloading quickly and without any issues so far. It's a 10GB file, so it'll take a little while, naturally.
Can you try downloading it through Chrome? Chrome allows resuming interrupted downloads, which may help you...
Even I'm not a fan of chrome, in this case it help me a lot resuming interrupted download .

I can't tell 100%, but going by the cropped screenshot, it looks to me like the download got interrupted at some point and that you are try to extract a corrupted or part-downloaded file. Try using Chrome, which shows you when a download is stopped and also allows resuming
