This file will give all players in the game variable potential abilities, meaning that players will turn out differently in each new game you start.
If you're one of those people who constantly starts new games but gets annoyed that the same players are always star wonderkids, this may help mix up your career a little more.
Each players potential will not be completely random, but based loosely on their existing PA within the game. For instance Nathaniel Clyne, Phil Jones and Danny Rose all have a potential ability of 155 set within the game. Using this add on, when you start a new game their potential will be set randomly between 140 and 170.
So in the default game these players all have the same potential that's all roughly the same and will be the same across every save.
But with this add on their potentials will vary from save to save, sometimes Danny Rose could be a superstar and Nathaniel Clyne not improve at all, in another save it may be the other way round. Although for the most part they'll stay roughly the same, it's not so drastic that you'll notice really strange occurrences every safe, it will just be slightly different enough to not be repetitive.

I always do this manually every single year.
I normally only do for under 23 yo players, because the old ones makes no sence give them random, they will not reach it anyway.
