It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

For graphics to be displayed in-game, they must be accompanied by a config.xml file. Read this thread for instructions on how to do so.

Ive just recently bought this years game and downloaded this new face pack on my old laptop, it downloaded perfectly and I transferred it from the laptop to my macbook using a hard drive. The file appears fine and all the images load when I click on the file, but when I go onto FM clear cache and reload skin the images don't load at all. It's the first year I've had this issue, I've followed all the steps like years before but for some reason I cant get it to work.
If you could offer any solutions and give me some help i'd very much appreciate it.

It may be an issue with your internet connection. As it's such a large file, the chances of a brief interruption happening naturally increase. If you use Google Chrome, it should be possible to resume the download from the point where it was interrupted, rather than downloading it from scratch.

Never used it so I've no idea whether it supports download resuming or not. I recommend Chrome.
After spending the whole yesterday downloading and unzipping the latest facepack I faced this error:
Has everyone ever came through it too? I tried reparing within the RAR itself but to apparent no sucess. Any ideas about it?

Is your D drive an external drive? Or a drive which is not the main hard-disk on your system?
If yes, can you try moving the downloaded file to C, extracting it there, then moving the extracted files to the D drive?
Before seeing your message I had already started downloading it to my desktop so either it was a new file or you were right

Can you give me an example of a player who's in the facepack but doesn't show in the game? How many images are there in your megapack folder?

I have the same issue. Me and my friends are playing in the 3rd german league and some faces arent working.
Examples:
Bekiroglu (91180065)
Klass (92088972)
This is happening for a few players and I cant explain why. I also made some missing faces for the pack and wanted to try them ingame. I think it worked for 3/10 pictures.

I can only think that you either installed one or more update packs wrongly or that adding the extra faces saw you edit the config file incorrectly somehow.
Year after year and time after time, the reason why the megapack does not work is that either it was not installed correctly or that any modifications made by the user caused it not to work. The fact it's working "partially" seems to indicate this too...
How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder? You should how one folder and one folder only with the files from the megapack. To avoid conflict, I suggest adding any personal cuts in a separate folder elsewhere to ensure that the config file in the megapack works right.
