These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

Chelsea's kit, both 3D and SS, only works in some competitions.
For example, in the cup, or in the championships, they don't work.

Any idea?

In order to avoid such situations, you need to start English career with editor file that is included in the pack, or with SSKCC file:

Pro tip: If you provide images of the kit and any logos/sponsors, it's much more likely somebody gets around to doing it
