It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

That's the torrent file itself, which is that small, but which then allows you to download the larger file. How big is this latter file?

It wasn't there when I saw it - did you add that screenie later? That looks about right, so it's an extraction issue. I'm not on a Mac, but other users have recommended using the Unarchiver to extract the file

I did add it a few mins after because I realised I messed the screenshot order up haha. I did use the Unarchiver last time but I'll try again in case there was an issue. This time I'll try moving the .rar file to the weird new FM folder, rather than extracting the file in 'downloads' and copying the results over.

When extracting it, try not to extract it to the same hard drive it's currently on (if you have multiple hard drives) and try to avoid having lots of other applications open at the same time. It will take a while to extract, but it shouldn't take that long.

Like I said, if you have multiple hard drives, it's better to extract it to the same one you downloaded it to, rather than another one. Only you know your laptop's setup, so only you can assess whether this is the case.
Extracting it when you have other applications running will incrementally slow down the extraction process, plus extraction depends on how much memory your system has among other things. If your system is busy with doing other stuff, extraction will take longer. Whether it's an internet browser window with multiple tabs, Spotify or similar apps etc.

i've downloaded torrent file then all the updates, so i've put extracted folder in graphics then loaded the game clearing cache and reloading skin. I've other graphic packs, as logos, that are fully working. This megapack give me issues: there are default plack faces instead of faces of your megapack. Who can help me? thanks a lot

That is the right location. Can I see inside your faces folder? Do you have any sub-folders in there?

no, i haven't any subfolder. I have 47808 face files and a config file. I've downloaded the config file in the previous page of this discussion to try to solve the issue.

You should have over 250,000 images in the faces and also the iconfaces folder. How big was the file downloaded via torrent? Looks like it either didn't download fully or didn't completely extract.

There is no password for this megapack.
To extract the files you've downloaded, you need to download all the parts and then just start extracting from part 1, which will then extract all the files at the same time.

a) I'm not sure why you're asking us for help with another graphic pack. If you buy a Mazda car, you don't go to complain about it at the Toyota showroom, do you?
b) You're not using the default user folder document (i.e. the Documents \ SI \ FM20 folder). Have you changed it within Steam? There's a guide on how to do so in the opening post of this thread
c) That folder structure is an absolute mess. I suggest having different folders for different packs, and you put everything in its own folder structure.
d) As far as I'm aware, the DF11 pack folder structure is the same as this one, i.e. you have a base folder and any subsequent update packs are NOT put in separate folders but placed in the main base folder, overwriting where applicable.
