It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

It seems like to be an internet problem at that time being. When I checked the download situation a few hours ago, which is midnight here, the download speed came to about 5 MB/s. Although the highest download speed for my network is about 40 MB/s, it is fine after considering the server is quite far from my place. But anyway, I finished the download eventually and thanks for your reply.

I’ve downloaded the Fm20 face packs and kits and logos however when I load them into my Mac. The only ones that are showing are the logos?
Does anyone know why? I’m tried so many things. Different packs, uninstall reinstall but no joy?

Both players were only added in the official database for FM20, and therefore they could not be part of the megapack before then, since they did not have a fixed UID. Since they are added in a custom database in your save game, their UID is variable and they cannot be added to the megapack. If you want to add them to your save game yourself, you'll have to find their current cut-out using this tool, download them and add them using the method outlined in this thread
If you're having issues with downloading the pack due to connectivity issues, using Chrome will ensure you can resume the download from the point it was interrupted

Hi mate, managed to find out why, Ive downloaded the face pack but its taking to so long transferring into the FM20 folder.. its saying there's over 225,000 items to copy? that seems way to many when on the website it says there's only around 25K images?

No idea where you got 25k from. The full megapack has over 260,000 faces.

There was an issue with the initial release of 12.13 not including the config file. That has since been rectified and if you download the 12.13 update pack again, you'll have the most recent config file.
Also, if you want to change your config file, you can do so automatically using the methods outlined in this thread, rather than having to do so manually.

Well @mons removes pictures from the config if they are wrong somehow, so you need to tell us some of the id of those who are missing.

Download can't be opened, I've also downloaded like a win zip & AnyZip App to view/open the file but am unable to.
I still followed all other instructions to upload faces, but it didn't work.
I'm using a laptop with Microsoft 10, is there anything/App in particular I need to open the Megapack download, or is the download file corrupt?!
I have deleted & downloaded again, but the issue still stands.

Also having no luck using the configurator. Keeps telling me the code execution cannot be found because MSVCR71.dll was not found.

Update packs contain both new and improvement images, if that what you're asking. They're essentially a round-up of what's been released since the previous update pack was released, packaged up in a single download.
They're in the latest config file so you're clearly doing something wrong. As Qvordrup said, you need to tell us some of the id of those who are missing for us to be able to help you a bit further.

When you install each update, you will overwrite some images plus the config file. By the end of the process, you should have 260,000+ cut-outs plus the latest config file, and you should not need to use fmxml, no.
