For some reason it doesn't work if you right click and "Save Image", but it does if you drag the image to your desktop instead.

The image dimensions of cutouts should be either 250*250px, or 180*180px if the source image is too small or low quality. The source image julkjulk posted is good enough for a 250px cutout, and in fact Ttggfr uploaded a completed 250px cutout already.
