It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Then you don't have the full megapack. You should have one folder with around 268,000 images in it. Is that the case?

I think i do have the full mega pack and some of the cutouts does appear but most of them are not loading up

Looks like you do have the full megapack. There is a screenshot in the opening post of this thread on how the preferences should look like - have yours been modified accordingly? For these players, like Van Dijk, do you get a blank space where his face should be, or do you get the black default cut-out?
Finally, the config file used with the 12.14 update pack contains all the cut-outs in the megapack, so I would suggest using it, instead of any one you may have created/modified as I can't guarantee that one is correct.

I have applied preferences as shown and i get a black default cutout and i tried using the 12.14 config but still the same thing, faces didn't load up

Hmm, that's strange. Can I have a screenshot of your preferences please?
Also, do you have other facepacks installed? It's not a problem as such, but if the configs conflict, then you might have this kind of issue.

Well its working now i moved the megapack outside the graphics folder and then reloaded the skin and then moved it back in the graphics folder and restarted the game and did the skin reload and it worked

Signed up for premium to get this pack. Im downloading the complete pack worth 16 gb or so. Do I need any updates or does this complete pack have it all included? Because I can see tons of updates, even though some updates are old, Im assuming my complete pack is AIO? It says version 12.15

I've signed up for Premium to download the Full Pack but everytime i want to download it it won't start (using Safari Browser). The Download for the Latest Changes is working fine.
I've also tried to download it using Crome, the Download starts but it always ends after it has downloaded 1GB.
It looks like it won't let me connect to the Download Server using the Safari Browser and i also don't have the Option to Download it via Uploaded like a friend has done it.
Any help to solve this is appreciated!

Does Safari have the equivalent of Incognito mode? Try using it - it could be one or more extensions block the downloading of such a large file, and these extensions are disabled in the Incognito equivalent.
If not, using Google Chrome means you can resume the download from the point it stops, should that happen, so try that too
