It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I have one folder with about 127k files, one config file which I guess isn't the latest if it isn't working.
When I checked that file for players I had before I found them, as well as the new ones, which are working. :\
EDIT: Think I have found the problem. The new ones that I can see are in a folder called "sortitoutsi\faces" didn't realise. Will take them out and see if it works.

This has probably been asked like a million times: How do I add the missing faces? For instance Cedric Badjeck, I've downloaded the .png file from the forum, changed the file name to his id-number, but still it doesn't show when I reload the skin.
Do I need to change the config.xml file, and if so, how?

Try clearing the cache from within the in-game preferences. Reload the game and they should be there.
First of all you have some 4 or 5,000 missing images. What is the exact location of the MP folder? Copy paste the path please. Also, have you un/ticked the correct boxes in the preferences?

I had the same problem due to a Windows update (I'm using Vista) and people using newer versions also had this problem. Which version of Windows are you using?

Thanks, I read it, but sorry to be a pain, I just like the step by step instructions for what to do and how to install the stuff. I am running windows 7. So obviously my original problem is that the facepack isn't showing. I actually downloaded it twice, because the first time the config file wasn't there, and the second time I wanted to see if it would download it with the config file, because doing all these file things intimidates me, as I have come to realize that my computer has all sorts of problems, and nothing ever works as intended. :'(

I'm currently downloading the pack by using download mirrors at the bottom of this page. Only after downloading many parts of the package did I notice that similarly numbered parts hosted at different mirrors have different sizes. Why is this? Its confusing.
I guess it should not be a problem though, since it looks like the parts are separate instead of being pieces of one big archive. Hopefully I'm not missing any of the faces, which I don't think I am if the only difference is that the parts at croco.com com are larger (and fewer) and the ones at the two other hosts are of same sizes.
Here it says one can download complete pack 5.4, but the pack seems to actually be 5.04. Is this correct?
