Editor troubles

I had been planning on starting a bit of a Liechtenstein Challenge this morning, but I'm having a little trouble with the editor - I'm planning on using FC Balzers for all of the 'Balzing it up' puns.

I seem to have added all four tiers of the Swiss league, but when I run the test it tells me that there is no division for the third tier to be relegated in to. I have tried changing the promotion/relegation places and adding and removing a playoff and things, but no luck. The problem seems to just be that the 3rd and 4th tiers aren't connected, if that makes sense?

Anyway, any pointers to get round this would be helpful, or if some generous soul has/is making this league already you'd earn my gratitude!
