It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Hi,
I downloaded the torrent file. Am I missing something?
As for the location, I know it's correct for the updated Mac settings (ie: selecting library, whilst pressing option, etc). The other graphics work: kits, other faces, logos, skins, etc.
What do you mean by "one of the properties of that folder, showing the total amount of files in the pack"?

I have today tried to start with a new save and when creating the new game I got a strange error where only 13.01 faces were showing up and not all the old faces.. I know this because 13.01 had many youth player faces of the club I manage added to it and those faces are showing but the earlier mega pack or older pack I had stopped showing up I came on here only to notice there was a 13.02 update I swiftly downloaded it and have installed them too and I believe both the 13.01 and 13.02 faces are showing now however the original faces are not showing. Can anyone tell me what I may have done wrong here?

Basically the faces I downloaded initially before 13.01 and 13.02 are not showing up in my game somehow.. I have attached the screenshots I think you needed?

Hi, so you were right. When I downloaded the torrent, it was fine. I had 17GB but when I downloaded the admins, it overrwrote what I already had.
How exactly do you install the add-on? I just open the folder and dragged the images over the original cutout faces??

In the 3rd screenshot, you have a folder named faces. Remove it and you'll probably be fine.
Put the contents of the faces folder in your download into the faces folder containing all the cut-outs. Same for the iconfaces. Click OK when asked if you want to overwrite.

Use the search function to check if a game-ready image hasn't been recently produced for a person and, if not, upload an image you find as a source - the bigger, the better 👍

Afternoon Mons, Sorry wanted to reply earlier but works manic!! Just a quick update.... I managed to download the full pack via Incognito Google Chrome just like you suggested. Not sure if it makes a difference but my Laptop was screensaving if idle for 4mins and this was coinciding with the downloads stopping....? Maybe this is common knowledge and i'm just thick... LOL. Im not really computer literate. Anyway thought it was worth mentioning incase it helps anyone else. Once again thanks for your support and all you do on here... you have been doing this for years now mate... how many exactly?? Anyway its all much appreciated... the game would be nowhere near as good without this site and all the work you guys do. 👍

Most large files are usually saved as compressed to try and save on downloading time. You'll generally need a file like the Unarchiver or Winrar to open them. This pack definitely works with Macs; the location where they should be installed in is found in the first post of this thread.

In screenshot 57, you have an iconfaces folder in your faces folder which has no business being there. Remove it, or merge it with the iconfaces shown in screenshot 56.
Also in screenshot 57, it's clear you don't have the full megapack. Once you've taken away that rogue iconfaces folder, how many files do you have in total in there? You should have 287,000+

If I was to buy and insert a micro sd and move the "sega interactive" file from documents to the sd card, would this work? Or would it need a config?

Doesn't look too bad, but the source doesn't seem to have been ideal; would be nice to see it. If it was big enough, it should be in 250x250. Also, you should rotate the source before cropping it so that the face is upright rather than tilted to one side.

The megapack will work with FM14, but you'll have 6 year's worth of extra cuts. I suggest downloading the 8.0 torrent if there are any seeds left for it...
