As another question, who from Man United would you take into the Tottenham team? And who would they replace.

Rafael -> Walker
Evra -> Assou-Ekotto
Vidic -> Dawson
Nani -> Lennon
Carrick -> Parker
Van Persie -> Defoe
Rooney -> Adebayor
Hernandez ->

I'd take Lloris over De Gea, Vertonghen at left back over Evra, Dembele over Cleverley and Bale at Left Mid.

Thats about it (also assuming Valencia would be included in some peoples United first XIs I'd have Lennon over him, he's been horrible this season).

Vidic isn't even our best defender at the moment, it's probably Evans. Evans or Rio anyway.

Tbh, the biggest problem I had was trying to work out what our first team is these days to compare Spurs' against ours.

I'm not even sure Fergie knows.

That's a good problem to have though in my opinion.

Not really no, a striker needs service and he simply never got any. Too many times the pass/cross was either poor or for some reason just not played, its far too easy to slate a striker, but that position more than any other needs the help of his team mates too.

He also missed a pretty big chance, when Vertonghen easily dispossessed him.

Giroud wasn't at his best yesterday. He worked as hard as he always does and won a fair few long balls that were pumped forward, but he made a handful of sloppy passes and didn't really create much in terms of chances. The whole team played poorly though, bar Jenkinson and Rosicky once he came off the bench.

Ramsey and Jenkinson were our best players by far. Not sure why you left out Ramsey.

Fair enough some Arsenal fans don't think he's good enough but I hate it when they (not saying you in particular) simply ignore that he has a good game, which I've seen happen a few times this season.

Every time he's played in centre mid (his actual position) this season he has been great imo. It's only because a lot of the season he has been stuck out on the wing or playing very very deep. Even in those positions I think he has done a great job. It's just people hate him, moan when they see him starting and ignore all the good stuff he does throughout the match, but jump on that one misplaced pass.

Ramsey was in a league above Wilshere yesterday who was awful.

City: Hart; Zabaleta (c), Kolo Toure, Nastasic, Clichy; Garcia, Rodwell; Silva, Yaya Touré, Milner; Tevez.

Aguero's injured apparently. That team doesn't inspire too much confidence.

That's pretty much the same team that beat Chelsea. I'm sure you'll have no problem beating Aston Villa.

If Silva, Yaya Toure and Tevez perform you'll belt Villa into League Two.

A comfortable 2-0 win for City I'll predict. That's what I would have gone for in the Prediction League had Nic not disappeared.

Yeah it is.

But it makes this very difficult to do.

It's a big night for players like Gabriel Agbonlahor, playing the champions in a televised game. I remember when he was hotly tipped to be in the England squad- I think he played and scored in Germany, if I recall correctly. He was part of that swaggering Anton Ferdinand/Kieran Richardson generation of arrogant cockheads who thought they had made it the second they started in the Premier League.

No you fucking haven't, its a massive fuck up that has cost his team a goal, stupid prick.

I didn't see the replays, I thought Dzeko clipped him sufficiently for Riley to let him off with a foul.

He slipped, not like he purposely handled the ball or something.

He slips, and then Dzeko clipped him sufficiently to make it more difficult for him to atone for his error, so he's really unlucky. Nevertheless, Tevez's finishing was immense.

He tried to be clever and do a drag back 40 yards from goal whilst being closed down by an opposing striker, won't get any sympathy from me.

Confusing tactics from Lambert- Agbonlahor clearly has pace, but can't beat his man whereas N'Zogbia is playing ineffectively in a central midfield role, because his best asset is his crossing ability.

Villa were way too cautious there, whenever somebody had to make a risky pass, they just ended up back at their goalkeeper.
