And follow the tips in this thread to try and find bigger sources. These sources are just too small to bother with.

@yayazo The image didn't upload correctly. Make sure you're uploading an image file rather than linking to a webpage that the image is on.

@77david54, there is a reason why that source got rejected, and it's because it isn't very good, and because the top of his head is missing. Cutting it with the top of the head missing doesn't really solve the problem 😕

I appreciate your good intentions, but all you just did was enable his behaviour. He now knows he can keep making poor requests because we'll cut them for him 😕
It is up to the requester to find quality, cuttable sources, or at least look like he's trying. Cutters' only worry should be to cut images, and there's plenty of them in here without having to do these kind of poor sources.
