2nd Season in registered players bug

Has anybody had a problem when you start a second season nine off the teams can’t register their players and are all playing under 23’s and 18’s , I noticed on the results page of my save apparently this was a beta issue but I have the full game others are having issues when I googled it.

if you are seeing any bugs like that you need to report it to SI as that makes it pointless starting a save until it is resolved
