I have got through to Jan transfer window and apparently due to me being in receivership all negotiations are being handled by receivers yet I have 14m in the bank and didn't have this problem when I first took over in summer? Is this something to do with being under transfer embargo or could it be a problem easily fixed on the database?

They had a transfer ban imposed on them from 1.9.12 until 30.6.13 (set a year early in game for obvious reasons) by the Scottish FA.

But if under transfer embargo why would that lead to receivers being in place and accepting bids for my players? Just to add its not all transfer bids, just some.

Unlucky, in my version of the update, the Tribuneral decided the ban was what is actually is, RUBBISH, so they dropped it and I was able to register players -)
