I appreciate the sentiment @Gamatroy, but having sources like this with most of the hair cut off means they aren't good sources. If it's a little bit of hair cut off on an otherwise high quality source, it's one thing, but having relatively small sources with more than half the hair cropped off means they most likely won't be cut, and frankly aren't worth cutting. Just be a bit wise when choosing sources ;)

1. Only staff can remove or reject images. I'll leave them pending until they're cut by the community or a better source is provided, but try and avoid requesting these kind of sources in the future.
2. What exactly do you mean? Can you provide some examples?
3. Have a look at this page on the official forums for some hints and tips. Building a skin from scratch isn't the easiest and I don't think you'll find a tutorial on how to do so step-by-step.
4. The Photoshop version I have is very old, but most of the tools and icons are still available on more recent Photoshop versions. What tools are you referring to exactly?
5. Keep contributing like you are, and keep listening to the advice you're given. We have plenty of source images waiting to be cut, and the community will always keep providing new sources, so there is always plenty to do. When you're cutting images, make sure to follow the advice previously provided and always ask before proceeding if you have any doubts. In a short time, you'll definitely get up to speed :)

For example now I'm working in the Uae Facecut mostly in the first division and I'm using as reference two thing 1, using the database data I can find in this page and the second is the Uae Football Association in using there photos but I notice that in the page or the database there is some name for example for some amateur players or for actual players that are not in the database Khalid Hassan Mohamed Hussain Alshaibani https://www.uaefa.ae/en/profile/21596

The FM database is very good but there may be players which are missing. We can only add players into the megapack who are included in the FM database, so for cutting purposes you should ignore anybody who isn't in the FM database.

As indicated elsewhere the image on the UAE FA website aren't the best, so please take the time to try and find better sources available for players wherever possible, maybe using the hints outlined in this thread.
