It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I cannot download the complete Megapack “Cut Out Faces” version 13.06 (19.25 GB), the links are not working… (Date: March 17, 2021).
And there is no link for torrent as well (in the bottom of the page https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/1/download).

I have no idea what may have happened as I'm not on your computer. You're a premium member, just download the complete pack and you should be fine. I recommend using Chrome to do so, in order to resume the download should it stop at any stage.

I've tried to download the complete megapack a few times. For some reason it stops downloading after 2GB on 10%

It's a large file which inevitably means it'll take a fair while to download which inevitably there's more time for your internet connection to be interrupted. Like I told you earlier, if you download it with Google Chrome, you should be able to resume your download if this happens 👍

It happens with the Logo megapack. The only way I could download them was by torrent then the changes but then the changes folder ends up corrupting error while unzipping?

I’m using Google Chrome. It will literally not let me download anything else after 2GB when it reaches 10% no matter how many times I try and resume. Tried on Chrome, Firefox and Opera engines. Did the same to me on the logo mega pack. is there a torrent for the full updates megapack?

Try downloading it on incognito mode. Some extensions have been known to affect file downloads for some reason, and running Chrome in incognito disables these…

And? Happens to me too. In most instances, it starts downloading again after a few seconds, and in the odd instance, the download stops and you press the resume button 😕

You'll need to download all the update packs from 13.02 onwards.
It might be easier to show you how to install the update packs on TeamViewer rather than trying to explain with words tbh though 😉 In each case, it takes you 2 seconds to install it, and a couple of minutes for the files to extract.

Essentially you copy the contents of the faces folder from the file you download into the faces folder on your computer. Same for the iconfaces.
Apply chronologically for each pack.

I have downloaded the 6 update packs. Now i have to unzip them into the Graphics Folder….this is where I made an error last time. I have searched this site for the instructions but they may have been taken down?
