It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I just tried it myself on a not particularly good internet connection and got past the 1GB without any issues at all. It might well have something to do with your internet connection and/or any extensions to your browser.
To get past the last issue, I've just realised I didn't suggest trying to download it using Google Chrone in incognito mode (i.e. with all extensions automatically disabled). See if that works.

I'm positive that my internet connection isn't the problem, it has to be some other issue.
I did download the file before I was a member but the file was damaged and I couldn't unzip the file.

At this stage, I'm genuinely out of options for suggestions on how you can get it 😢 If the download's working for me and others, but not for you, then the logic follows that it's something at your end which is stopping it from working for you as intended. I suggested the internet connection because it's the most likely solution.
Do I remember right that you said you've tried download managers and they don't work either?

I need help with this megapack: When I was playing FM 2020, this megapack was working nice. But I buy FM 2021, install the pack and it doesn't work. Some faces are in game, other not, with no reason. Even worst, on FM 2020, if I load my old game, it's work, but if I create new game, it's doesn't work. I'm on steam and Windows 10.

@Letzelter, for licensing reasons, if you view a person from the French national team page, then their cut-out will not display.
You will need to download this file for FM21 (and its equivalent for FM20 - use the search function to find it) and it will fix this issue (and many others) in your existing save game.

From FM20 onwards, there's been a substantial change to how Mac FM documents are stored. Previously the files would automatically go in the Documents folder here:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Documents/Sports Interactive
Now the files will instead appear in the following location:
Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive
By default this folder is hidden, so to access you need to do as follows:
Open Finder
Click ‘Go’ from the menubar
Press and hold down the ‘Option’ (Alt) key
This will bring up the ‘Library’, click to enter then go to ‘Application Support’ -> ‘Sports Interactive’ -> ‘Football Manager 2021’
That's where I need to see a screenshot of, otherwise I can't really help.

It's really rather straight-forward. All you need is in my previous post.
From the screenshot you posted, it's impossible to tell if this is the folder in your screenshot: Users/YOUR Mac USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive. If it isn't, then that's where you graphics folder needs to go.
What's inside the sortitoutsi folder? You should have a faces folder and an iconfaces folder there, both of which should contain 300k+ images and a file named config.xml.

You only seem to have logos in the graphics folder in your second screenshot - I'm not seeing the faces or iconfaces folder there? Bit difficult for the files to work if they're not in there 😕

i've tried only for logos, and i think that with faces will be the same problem. i cant find folder where to put downloaded files.
may be there is some more setting to be changed (exept cathing and reload)
maybe i use wrong folder. Folder “Sports Interactive” was created by me.
This is the only comment folder where somebody speak about installing problems on mac that i can find.
