It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Edit: I think the issue might be because it's saved in .PNG rather than .png, actually. For some reason, FM doesn't process the former, only the latter. I'll be sure to fix it for the next update pack anyway 🙂

Soooo I decided to make my own changes in some players' faces in my cut-out megapack (following the instructions about FMXML) and unfortunately everything gone utterly wrong. To be more specific, every single face does not appear and I have the classic black face for every player! Of course I did the usual steps (Click the "Clear Cache" button. Enable "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences". Click the "Reload Skin" button. etc etc)
Any ideas how to fix it??

If you replaced an existing megapack cut with a new one, then you didn't need to edit the config file. If you added a new image, it is recommended that you do so in a new sub-folder with a new config file in order to avoid the situation you've described.
What changes did you do and what did you amend in the config file? Can we have a screenshot of your megapack folder? Perhaps I can see what's wrong there.

Well, I made a facepack for AFC Wimbledon (as you may see in the attachments), in order to overwrite the existing faces from Cut-Out Megapack. So I selected ALL the files in the folder, including the config file and placed them into the Cut-Out folder as you can see in the pic below.

You have two config files in there, so I suspect that is the issue. Which is the last megapack update you downloaded? Download that update pack, and use the config file from it, while deleting the other one.

The config (2) file is in this folder since 2016 (!!!) and I never had any issue before. I update my Cut-Out Megapack folder always with the latest update, so yes, I have the last megapack update. So if I put the last megapack update AGAIN in my Cut-Out Megapack folder, the problem will be solved?

Delete it then, you clearly don't need it. I don't know if it'll work because I don't know exactly what you've done. Is there a sub-folder in the faces folder? What about the images from your pack, where have you put them?
You don't need to put the images from the last megapack update, just the config file.

No, there's no sub-folder in the faces folder and the images from my pack were putted in the faces folder with their config, as I said in a previous message. I just overwritten every file I was asked to do so from my computer.

No, you need to download all the individual update packs, i.e. update pack 13.01, 13.02 and so on until 13.11.

You can use the 13.0 base megapack torrent and it'll work without any problems.
I'm thinking of playing FM11 again and was wondering will the latest megapack work on such an old FM game? I'm guessing it would if I put the megapack in the correct folders.

As it happens, the same reply I made to the post above you applies in your case too. You'll have an absolute shedload of extra images (10 versions' worth), but it should otherwise work perfectly fine.

Hi there, I usually face network issue when downloading the megapack (some even happened when attempting to 80-90%) and unable to resume the download. Is there any alternative for downloading smaller portions of the megapack files (as 20Gig is too large), or individual competitions would be also fine.

It's not possible to split up the megapack by nation, competition etc., I'm afraid. The only way to do it would be manually, and you'd need an army of people to be able to do that.
If you use Google Chrome, you should be able to resume any interrupted download from the point it stopped. Alternatively, you can download the 13.0 torrent file, then download the 11 (soon to be 12) subsequent update packs individually.
