It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I'm not sure you've understood the whole concept.
You can buy premium membership to this website and download everything from here without needing to visit mirror sites. We're not talking about premium membership for external sites. If you aren't ready to do so, you can still get it for free from external mirror sites, but download speeds may not be as fast as they would be when downloading directly from our site. Hosting isn't cheap and bandwidth needs to be paid for, so making downloads available for everybody directly from the site simply isn't viable. That said, because we recognise some people aren't prepared to pay to get content, we offer the possibility to download files from mirror sites at no extra cost. If that's not good enough for you, so be it.
And as for friendliness, if you come in here, don't understand how the system works and start insulting us, it's hardly a mystery that we don't react too well, is it?

I do not have the memory or storage space on my pc so i have a question if i download the entire facepack to usb memory stick how would i go about sinking this with fm so it shows up in my graphics folder.

You can have your user data files, e.g. editor data files, save games and graphics, in any folder you want, not necessarily in the Documents path.
To do so, you need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

Hi all, I'm new to fm and recently installed the cutout pack and noticed that some of the spurs youth players weren't appearing, they are in the folder of the faces with the correct number for the player but for some reason wouldn't load in game, I have set my preferences to the ones shown in the thread, but to no luck, does anybody have an idea of what might be the problem?

What is his UID in your save? And can you post a screenshot of that UID in your megapack folder?
How many images do you have in your megapack folder? Looks to me like you might not have downloaded the whole megapack, or you've added some cuts from the site without updating the config file accordingly.

I have 279555 faces in the face folder, i did add a spurs youth pack to the folder but there was no cofig file with it, how would i update it to work?

You need to edit the config file yourself, using the methods outlined here. Adding images in the folder is not enough, you need to edit the config file too, which tells the game what image to assign to which people.
I recommend downloading the update packs and installing them chronologically and you'll get all the images added without needing to mess about with edit the config file yourself.
Hey @mons is there an older megapack available anywhere? I've downloaded the latest megapack and it works on FM11, but for some reason it takes forever for the game to load (on the loading screen) I've never had that problem before so I was wondering if it's because it's an older version of FM with faces from 12 onwards…

Not that I'm aware, no. If, after loading the game the first time, you retick the use skin cache button, it might well take less time the next instance you load the game.

folks, pardon for my ignorance but can I have 3 faces subfolders under …..\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\graphics\ ?
for example:
each folder has its own config.xml

Shouldn't be a problem.
However, the config files in the first two folders may not point to the correct people, since the people in question will not have fixed UIDs since they will have been added via editor data files. This means that the UIDs will vary depending on the combination of editor data files you have in place, which is why cuts for people not in the default database are not added to this megapack.

What exactly is the issue though? What exactly is not working, or at least not working as intended? Have you changed you preferences to look like they are displayed in the first post?
A few screenshots of what you think is not working in-game and of your megapack folder would help us understand what the issue might potentially be.

So few days ago I add some picture for the youngster that not available in my current megapack individually, then I do the usual thing, clear the cache and reloading the skin, but the player faces doesn't showed up on the game. So, I tried to download the megapack latest update and overwrite everything, it work for the newly added face but all the other faces suddenly disappeared. So, now I tried the fmxml and the graphics configuration program, I made my own config file but all the face is gone now, It doesn't show any player or staff face. (I got like 20k+ pic if I'm not mistaken)

Do you have a subfolder in the faces folder containing a config file perchance? Remove it if that's the case.
