If that's a request, this is not the right place for it. I appreciate that players new to FM22 haven't been added to the site's database yet, give us a bit of time for them to appear and request them in here as per usual when they do 👍
If that's a cut, it's not a very good one. For future reference, have a look in here for the guidelines for cuts and video tutorials on how to do them 😉
Thirdly, I've found a large image for it and will cut it myself for it to be added to the next update pack 😉

With the new database being available on the site, it is now possible to upload cuts for people not previously in the game. To avoid duplication of work, please wait until later this afternoon I upload what I've collected, and what @marrtac and @tv_capper have renamed. If there's anything missing from the images in this thread, and elsewhere, feel free to upload them then 👍

I would like to upload cut outs for the new Bayer 04 Leverkusen U19 players, however I can't find them yet here. Will they be added soon or shall I post the faces in here?

As far as I can tell, they might not be visible on the team's profile page, but they're all visible in the database already (e.g. 1, e.g. 2). Bear in mind that the database is at a beta stage so it might not be working precisely as intended. When the full game comes out, you can expect them to be visible as normal.
In the meantime, you can upload cuts using the usual methods on the submission forum. Remember to keep in mind all that we talk about in the past regarding the guidelines to cuts 😉

Thanks. My problem with these are, that I can only find one source (https://www.bayer04.de/de-de/team/u19-jugend/bayer-04-leverkusen#unser-team). The images are not downloadable (at least I wouldn't know how), so I take a screenshot and use this. However when you click on the player even the source image is a bit blurry. So they won't be perfect again (sorry…). I have just uploaded Iker Bravo as an example.

You won't get good-quality sources in that manner, I'm afraid, and so the cuts won't be of a good quality either.
Use the techniques outlined in this thread to explore other ways in which you can get images for people. Official sites are rarely the best place to find them. For Bravo I found one using a simple Google Image search, for example 😉

Thanks. I'll double check again for each player and then upload in the upcoming days. For Iker Bravo (and others) I will be able to provide a better cut then 🙂 However I guess this won't be doable for each U19 player as many of them are even difficult to find on Google Images. But I'll have a look.

If you use the Firefox browser, you can open the images in a new tab if you click on the player. Unfortunately Leverkusen's player images only seem to be uploaded in this size, which might be large enough for a 180px cutout but isn't large enough for 250px.

Google Images is the primary, but not only, port of call. As outlined in that thread, searching their social media profiles might turn up some good sources too, for instance.

What do you mean? You type @ and then the person's name - you need to then wait a second to then choose the user name from the drop down menu of all the usernames starting with what you've typed 😉
