Any ideas why i'm downloading at around 100kb/s with premium?

what file you are attempting to download
what browser your using etc

Logos(Metallic), and cutout faces, complete packs…Tried Chrome,Edge and Firefox.

working fine for me though logos did stall initially but was back up to 25+mbps in seconds
on the last page I linked a download manager that fixed other users issues try that and report back

Downloads speed on Chrome for cut out pack and metallic pack is 500Kbs 18 hours left to download. Neverhad no issues with slow speeds on the site.

Can you please report the exact URL you are downloading from? It may say something like fileserver69 at the front of the URL in your downloads section.
We have a bunch of servers which all distribute the files and they may have been overloaded due to demand.
But we need to know which ones

@NassFas sorry this needed a rebuild. It's rebuilding now and should be fixed in a few minutes 🙂

This has now been added. But instead of your suggestion i've added icons showing you counts for how many images are of what status within a pack and you can click them to filter down to seeing only images of that status or click the download icon to only download images of that status.

In the downloads section of the site (sortitoutsi.net/downloads) The FM faces say they have 0 images.

Yes it is possible. And it has been for quite a while now…
When you type in an official's name in the search box, does it not come up to allow you to navigate to his timeline?

No, unfortunately not - I can't navigate by myself to that point your link refers to. Maybe this issue is related to something with different permissions to staff/normal users?

I don't believe it's related to that.
From here, if you type the referee's name in the search box, does it not bring it up?
You can also use the upload image function and input the referee's name in the game item field and you should get the same results.
Does either of these two methods do the trick?

Ah ok, the workaround with the submission search box works. But it does not show up properly in the Database search (there is no option for graphics).

Icons of officials aren't displayed in the database search section for some reason (FAO @Footygamer), but they are otherwise available too 🙂
I've got this a few times as well, intermittently, and I suspect it's related to the load on the forum servers…

Search FM Database: others have options for Cut Outs
when I click on the offical:
when I click on the name: this is new, before there was a 404-error, but now: this page, but no option for an cut out

I also fixed a bug preventing the deleting of submissions that I noticed the following people having (please remember to report any issues) @moondog777 @Baja @CDarling @ovidiu10
