It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too š

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

178933 Files at the Faces Folder and 331554 Files at the Icon Faces? Is that correct? I wonder why theres some German 4th Level Players which have an Cut Out at the Database. But not at the Latest Facepack.
Examples: Eric GrĆ¼ndemann (VfB LĆ¼beck) 92090306. In the player search theres one for him and in the faces folder theres no file with that ID.
Same for Morten RĆ¼diger (LĆ¼beck too) 91147353

You don't seem to have downloaded the full file or to have extracted the full faces folder, you should have over 331k images in the faces folder too.

Yeah I'd done nothing wrong myself, been using your packs for years and just did the same I always do. Reloading the skin in the game wasn't working after I installed the facepack and so I quit the game and restarted it and they still weren't showing. But then I went into preferences and clicked āreload skinā and this time they all started showing as normal. Bit weird because it's not something that I've seen happen before but at least they work now! Thanks for all your hard work.

Yes, of course. Just for the record, the final 13.x update pack was 13.15, not 13.5. I'm assuming it's a typo, but if not, I suggest removing your current files and downloading the 22.0 torrent, which will include the whole megapack.

I've downloaded the megapack with torrent but I can't extract themā¦
I've tried different app to extract the rar file but none of them are working. It stops at 0% or like 97%.
Why ? What could be the problem ? Is it just really really the size that makes it very very long to extract (more than 20 minutes as I type) ? Should I just wait ?

How big is the file you downloaded? Are you sure it fully downloaded?
And yes, a file this big will generally take much more than 20 minutes to extract.

Trying a different browser fixed it. Issue was with Brave Browser, download worked with Edge.

I have downloaded the 2022.0 megapack and successfully installed it for FM22; however I have added some additional faces to the game from the completed submissions page on Sortitoutsi and I can't get these to display in my game. They're in the correct folder location; correct format and I have unchecked caching/ticked reload skin but cannot get the new added faces to show. Any ideas?

For every player added to you need to add an additional config line :
<record from="*****" to="graphics/pictures/person/*****/portrait"/>
Replace the 5* in the above example with the players UID

From my experience they can be added at the bottom.
The faces you've added manually, are they named as the players UID and not the players name?

There are more than 330,000 cut-outs in the megapack, and that is the amount of images which should be in your faces folder. If that is not the case, then you have not downloaded the full megapack, and I suspect this is why the Spanish and English leagues aren't displaying for you.
That, or you haven't changed the preferences to look like this:

I do have over 330000 faces in the icon faces folder. I downloaded the megabuck from torrent option this morning, and I've just confirmed that me preferences are as above. There's still a lot of faces not loading up on the game. I must be missing something very simple

By the screenshots you've uploaded, it's clear the game isn't reading them at all. The config.xml file is the most important one, it tells the game which image to display for which person. If you're missing it, it's a bit like having possession of a mansion but not having a key to the door š
Check in the original torrent file - there should be a file titled config.xml in the faces folder, and copy it over to the faces folder.
Otherwise, wait until later this afternoon when I hope to have a new update pack available for download and use the new config file together with all the new images š
