@dextsu, if an image still needs the background to be removed, then it is not game ready yet and should be uploaded as source.

Secondly, the better the source provided, the better the cut-out will be. If you can't immediately find a large, high-quality image, don't just upload the first image you find but search a bit more - have a look at this thread for some hints and tips on how to find the best possible images for your requests. To be honest, the image I've requested was on the first row of a Google Image search, so it wasn't even that particularly hard to find 😉 As the requester, it is your responsibility to provide our team of cutters with the best images to work on instead of them having to spend more time to find better images on your behalf 👍

Both are good enough to provide an excellent cut-out so I'll leave both pending for whoever wants to cut him to decide 👍
