Hi all. The latest update (2022.08) has now been remade with file compression to optimize the size of the pack turned on 👍
If You have download the update before the correction was made, then please download and apply the update once again (also to get the few updates that were made in the last couple of days) 😀

the previous update 2022.08 dated July 4 was 7 GB now there is a new update with 2.28 GB. Any bug with the previous update?

UID's and the upload date of current background have now been added to the browsing system. This will hopefully make research a bit more convenient, and also help with spotting old images that might need updating. Thanks for this 👏 @Footygamer

It's the same hosting site as for the getty watermark remover, all though you seem to get smaller resolution images than there unfortunately.
The getty downloader is up again. However now they have added a 15 second countdown, a plea for paypal donations, plus an external download link for the image that doesn't actually work… We might have to go and find an alternative

So is this actually working for others because I'm still getting the dead links on all browsers.
What link isn't working for you? If you click on 2K or 3K here (they've changed it again) and then on adf.ly wait for 5 seconds and click on ‘skip ad', it should open the image

I think it's my firewall blocking the external page because it's working on my tablet.
As an alternative I find these filters in google quite useful for finding recent high-quality images

If you want to search for a different player, just change the bit in red within the url to another name, then you don't have to select the filters again.

Quick note that we aim to release the 2023.00 base pack somewhere next week, so if you want any images to be included in that, make sure to upload them in the coming days. Especially for the player backgrounds it would be nice to have them as up-to-date as possible for everyone to use at the start of their FM23 saves!
It's now also possible to upload team fans backgrounds, in the usual 1920x1080 or 1600x900 resolutions.
The 2023.00 pack is now available for download, taking the total amount of backgrounds to 69,296
You will notice the download page now looks a little bit different. We have split up the pack into 5 parts, eventually they will all get their own section on the site. This should make it easier for people that only want to use a specific part of the pack, and it also makes the file sizes more manageable.
Instead of the whole pack having 1 config file, each part now has their own, so you no longer have to spend time on creating them yourself.
We would like to hear your feedback on this change, as well as possible improvements.
Also a big thank you to everyone that has contributed in the past year, the quality of the pack has drastically been improved. Let's keep on going for FM23! 👏
