Yep. Done it twice. Even loaded another skin (in case it needed that to ‘force’ a refresh). I take it there's no harm in keeping all of those _backgrounds folders there?
I'd try completely deleting and re-installing if you want to make it work, but it doesn't make a difference keeping them there no

Interesting, I tried another skin (Mr Hough FM23 Mashup Skin V1.1) because the details state explicity it has transparency support and all the backgrounds show. I guess the two skins I was using (WTCS5 and Material Skin) don't have transparency support.

There is a other option.
Take the config.xml file from the stadium_insides folder. Paste that file in the stadium_backgrounds folder and overwrite it.
Now delete the stadium_insides folder and reload skin
works fine!

hi ive downloaded the new skin , player faces and logos all ok. ive got the stadium backgrounds also but when you go to club profile where the inside of the stadium should be a picture of it is just blank. How can i fix that? many thanks
Can you post a screenshot of your stadium inside folder? It should be visible where the ‘config' file is located

@p_baines1 From what I can see you only have 498 images? The file probably didn't extract properly, the config also seems to be from a previous version
I'd advise you to completely delete the stadium_insides folder and then install it again from here
@p_baines1 Just saw you actually have 3 stadium folders, can you try just deleting this stadium insides one and then reloading the game?

Is there a way to show the stadiums in the smaller box on the club info screen, but not in the background? I've tried downloading a couple of times and they show in both.
Within your stadiums folder you should have a ‘stadium_insides' and ‘stadium_backgrounds' folder. You can delete the backgrounds one completely if you don't want to see those, the insides are the ones you see on the club screen

I'll be honest, something is not working. I have only city background and stadium insides (the newest 3.1gb packs) and none of these work in any skin that supports backgrounds in fm23. I've tried flut, opz, even the zealand skin (all these should at least support stadiums), but only the default stadium pictures are showing. In fm22 when I haven't downloaded this 23.0 packs - everything was working brilliantly. I don't know what's wrong, I'm not a new person when it comes to custom graphics (there's no problem with kits, logos, faces, real name fixes), but backgrounds are not working, at least for me. I've loaded fm21 to see if this is related to older fm - backgrounds and stadiums are not working either.

Can you post screenshots of your backgrounds folder, in particular showing where the config file is located? If you haven't deleted the FM22 backgrounds pack before installing the new one, you might have multiple configs

do i download them all so they show in different pages of game or do you have to pick one pack over others
You can download all of them if you want. The place where they actually display in-game depends on what skin you use
