It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

You can use the ‘Upload Image' function on their respective timelines to request a new image yourself. Both of them aren't missing though?

I've moved this discussion to here as it's got nothing to do with the no-ID thread.
Given you have a blank space where the image is supposed to be, it certainly looks like it. You can save the cut-outs from the page I linked you to in my previous post into your faces folder, but that will only resolve those two particular players. For a more definitive solution, I would suggest you download the torrent file and the 2023.01 update pack.

The Ajax staff isn't included in FM23, but I'm glad it's added by the Real Name Fix Update from Sortitoutsi. Thanks for that!
The next issue is that, due this adding, the staff doesn't have any faces. Is there someone on this forum who can help me to fix this? 🙂

hi , I'm having trouble with the face megapack, everything is in the relevant folders, however my laptop is freezing at launch, when i remove facepack it loads up with no problem, logos and kits are working fine, laptop is a new gaming laptop so don't think its hardware related. I've never had issues like this before on previous versions, I'm playing via gamepass
any help much appreciated

Unfortunately the searching by name is not working at the Submission search of the Cut Out Players page. I don't know what their ID is because it doesn't match in the ID searchbar. I think because FM gave them random IDs.

Their UID will not show on the site because, like you say, it is a random one. I've used the search name function and it seems to be working just fine.
The search function on this page may also help you get to the individual person's timeline:
A lot of the staff members were already at Ajax in FM20, which is the last version in which the full backroom staff was visible, and you can find each of their profiles by scrolling down on this page, which might be quicker than searching them individually

I have a question
Why can't I see some of the young pictures when the face is in the megapack and the ID is correct both in the game and the config?
I have lots of staff and players that arent showing at all when there's no picture

You haven't installed the full megapack correctly, or you've installed an update pack wrongly. An empty space instead of a cut means that there is a line within a config file somewhere within your user data folder pointing to an image which is not in that same folder.
If you post a screenshot in this manner (and please, read what I'm asking carefully, I don't want to have to repeat it many times) searching for the UID of this player, I'm sure I can locate where the issue is 👍

Good morning,
When I add the pack to my game, the original faces disappear, only showing faces added from this pack. I've been using graphics in all versions of the game and never had this issue before.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I've changed my save location folder from documents to downloads in preferences in the game.
Logos and kits are both working fine, just seems to be faces.

You have just 15,000 images. You should have over 380,000.
Delete your faces and iconfaces folders, and download the complete megapack again 👍

Ok so i've paid the £10, downloaded the complete folder and created the graphics/faces folders, the download shows up as iconfaces and faces but i can't highlight and copy them?

What do you mean by highlight and copy them? Can you give us a screenshot of where you are right now?
You should extract the files in the download and put them in the correct folder for your OS, as outlined in the installation instructions and in the FAQ at the top of this page.

I have no idea how that program works, but I imagine it would allow you to extract those folders. I recommend using WinRar to do the job, for which many online tutorials exist to help you understand the easy steps you need to make it work.

I have FM23 all installed, graphics folder etc. I have all players images but then on download of the cut out pack, I can only get a few to show (see images below) I have cut out's mainly for the youth squads.
I have tried relocating the main face pack outside of the graphics folder but to no avail. I have checked that I have deselected the right boxes within preferences and reloaded skins.
I have checked the file number also and this is showing adequate image numbers? checked YouTube video instructions? any idea?????????

@MarkG81, you have the DF11 megapack installed as well, and its folder name comes alphabetically before that of the cut-out faces, so the game first reads and displays the DF11 images, and then displays cut-out faces for anything else not including the DF11 pack.
