You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder.

It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

So do I just need to change it around in the folder or do I need to delete the DF11 ?

I don't know what “change it around in the folder” means.
What I can tell you is that, if you rename the sortitoutsi folder by adding “1. ” at the start of the filename, the game will first read and display the cut-out images, and then display the DF11 faces for anything else not including the cut-out pack.

Can you provide slightly larger screenshots?
Looks like you have a faces and iconfaces folder in the main graphics folder, as well as a sortitoutsi folder. You should have one faces and one iconfaces only, have a look at the FAQ at the top of the page to see how to install update packs 👍

Hi, added everything into the “sortitoutsi” folder, still have the same issue where some player faces are absent as shown in the Weiper example earlier

You do not have the full megapack in the faces folder. It should be 386,000+, whereas you have 383,000+.
Do you have a filename titled 2000170587 in that folder?

Looking at the folder screenshot there are a lot of missing images, the pack probably hasn't extracted properly. Can you try downloading the complete pack again?

I downloaded the facepacks but I don't have all the players I'm missing for example mbappe de bruyne marquinhos vinicius benzema to name a few. There are plenty of other players.
There is also the bug on the profile of the player with the jerseys. LOOK AND MBAPPE AND THE GREEN SHIRT or that it plays in psg which has a blue shirt

You haven't installed the full megapack correctly, or you've installed an update pack wrongly. An empty space instead of a cut means that there is a line within a config file somewhere within your user data folder pointing to an image which is not in that same folder.
If you post a screenshot in this manner (and please, read what I'm asking carefully, I don't want to have to repeat it many times) searching for 8435089 (Benzema's UID), I'm sure I can locate where the issue is 👍

How many images are in your faces folder anyway? If they're less than 380,000+, then you don't have full megapack, and need to download it again.

Having had a look at your files downloaded page, I think I can propose a more practical solution.
You've downloaded the 2023.02 update pack, but not the 2023.01 one, which happens to include the Weiper cut missing from your megapack.
What you need to do is to download the 2023.01 update pack, apply it. Then download the 2023.02 and apply that one after it.
I reckon that should work 😉
