@Justin Bulmer Please make sure that the source images you're submitting are large enough to produce good quality 250px cutouts - the player's face in this one is too small.
You can get much larger image sizes from Southampton's website by removing this part from the image URL for the players' profile images:

@Pie, please provide the best possible sources so that our cutters can spend their time on producing the best possible cuts. The bigger and better the source, the better the cut will be. This image was on the first row of a Google Images search, so not exactly hard to find.
I'm pretty sure all the other sources will have better images available online too. Just because an image is from the team's official website doesn't automatically mean it's the best one available or that better images cannot be found online. Please read this thread for hints and tips on how to find the best possible images for your requests.
