It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Hello, thanks for your answer. Above you can see informations requested. Total of 279548 files inside the folder.
As said, I've already started from scratch. I can do it another time but it would be the third attempt and It seems not working.

You don't have the full megapack, which has around 390,000 images.
I don't know what method you used to download what you've got, but I would suggest that you should download the torrent file, then extract it once it's fully downloaded.

Can I see your faces folder then? You should have around 389,000 images. If you don't, then you don't have the full megapack.

Hi I am having a problem with the player faces.
The faces of the players for the France and Netherlands national teams are not showing, yet if I go to the players of both national sides at their clubs their faces are there. Basically the player faces are there on the club pages but not on the national team pages.
This is for all the players of these national teams.
Anyone have any idea why this could be and how to sort it Please.

All files both licencing and names also files for facepacks have been installed correctly.
All club names are correct I have a facepack file with over 389k faces all faces are in game except for the issue I currently have but thanks anyway.

New to the whole forum thing so forgive me if I'm repeating anything you've answered before. I've read back a few pages, I'm currently on my second attempt on trying to install the face pack. After downloading the torrent file (which I believe is 1-11 as a megapack), I only have to add the 3 updated versions to that right?

The torrent file is for the base 2023.00 pack. So you have to download all the update packs released since then, i.e. 2023.01, 2023.02 and 2023.03 👍

I'm doing it on mac, do I need all the images to be in one folder? (face & icon face) or can I have multiple sortitoutsi folders in the graphics folder

As per the installation instructions and FAQ, you should have one faces folder and one iconfaces folder. None of these should have sub-folders and you should overwrite the previous versions of the respective images with the ones in the new update pack.

Examples I've found recently are : Jovon Makama, Seb Ferdinand & Ben Chrisene

The megapack cut for these two players is indeed this one. Newer cut-outs for both players have been uploaded after the most recent update pack was released, but they won't be in the megapack until the release of 2023.04 in the coming days 👍

I installed and extracted all 14 files in the complete face pack and ive been playing the last few days, then i realised a few youngsters and lower league players are missing, the player that made me realise was Samuel Edozie, a pretty notable young player so i looked at some other young players and ive got a lot missing, any idea why?

It’s not a “complete” pack, but one of 300k+ faces, there are many more players in the game depends on leagues and how much detail you choose
