It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Finally solved it. Had to format my usb drive from a FAT-32 to NTFS.
For some reason FAT-32 didnt have enough memory for the megapack switching to NTFS works perfect.
Hopefully solves the problem for others in the future!

Question FM23:I downloaded all 11 Faces.rar files. Should i unpack all 11 rar files for all faces and icconfaces? I just unpack my 3rd rar file and most of them have the same pictures in it.

Hi all, got a bit of an odd one, I got a new MacBook Pro (16" mid 2019) in the last few days and I've not been able to unzip any of the graphics I've downloaded here, weirdly.
Have tried using Archive Utility & The Unarchiver. I even tried it on my old Mac - which was always fine - and I got the same error. Never had this before, weirdly.
My MacOS is Ventura 13.2 if that helps. I'm a SortitoutSI subscriber so that shouldn't be an issue.
Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks a lot for your help

I'm not a Mac user, so I can't offer any help there, I'm afraid. Are you sure the files have downloaded in full, and not maybe got fully truncated while downloading? What error message are you getting anyway?

Hi guys, I have downloaded the mega pack now (over 11 files) and exported each using an RAR exporter. However, when adding the images to the graphics folder, they don't seem to be working as now for players the image is just blank - not even the silhouette. I have looked at the folders and can only find one config doc - can anyone help with this issue? I'm on Mac - attached are screens of what I see in the folder and the game.
Any help would be amazing!

When you extract the parts, you should extract them all in one place. You should have one sub-folder titled faces and one titled iconfaces, each of which should include the 300,000+ images in the megapack. As you're a premium member, I don't know why you didn't just download the full megapack and avoid all the faffing about with parts, frankly.
Not sure what you're downloading, but there aren't any duplicates. Unless you're downloading update packs, which replace previous megapack cuts.
Smaller packs don't exist, no.

Hey, I've tried going through every thread and every potential fix I've found for this issue, but nothing has worked for me. I thought I'd put it out there again to ask for troubleshooting help.
I've downloaded and extracted twice, thinking there might have been some error in the download. None of the faces are showing up. My layout is set exactly as instructed, but still nothing has worked.
Has anyone here encountered the same problem, and how did you resolve it?

You seem to have a very small part of the megapack. You should have just under 400k images in your faces folder, and based on your screenshot, you have only a very small subset of that. You should also have an iconfaces folder.
I'm not sure what might have happened but you either did not download the full megapack or you did not extract correctly or in full.
How large is the file you've downloaded?

So you've certainly downloaded the full file, you just didn't extract it well or in full.
Remove your current faces file and try extracting it again to the same location, and see if you have any better luck this time round.

EDIT: After all that, it was the extractor / unzipper itself blowing it up. I got another app for it and it worked perfectly. Thanks for your help!

Let said i have Football Manager 2022 which mean i have to download 22.00 mega version torrent . Can i also update to 23.05 one? (megapack 20.03.00 torrent and 5 changes at the momment )?
What order to install guys? Can i just install mega facepack 22.00 first then skip to 23.00 mega torrent and then 23.01_changes?

For FM22, download the 23.00 torrent file and all subsequent update packs, and install them in numerical order. That's it.

The file compression techniques used (of which I have no idea) led to a smaller file size. Rest assured that there are more images in the 23.00 base pack (378,079) than there were in the 22.00 one (331,256).

It looks like you have either not downloaded the full megapack or not installed it properly.
Can we have a screenshot of your faces folder? Please make sure the full post is displayed, as well as showing how much the total amount of images in it.
