It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Sorry if this has been asked a lot before, but I just bought the game and I have been searching for quite a while on the site and haven't been able to find an answer yet.
Will this facepack also fix the weird regen faces in the game? And if not, is there a fix? Thanks a lot!

What are you looking for exactly? This download only gives faces to real people. There are a number of files you can use if you're looking to replace the regen faces, but they might take a bit of fiddling.

It wont even let me download it so I can use winrar. It says i dont have the source file when i click the hyperlink. When i download it, it has zero bytes in it so no data.

It's working fine at my end, so it's something to do either with your internet connection or your browser.
Can you try downloading it using a different browser, or the same browser without any extensions loaded (i.e. incognito mode or equivalent)?

The current megapack's compression method means it doesn't work when used with older versions of FM. You should try and download the torrent file of the version you're playing from the links provided 👍

I can only download 1 pack at a time out of 11, not all the packs in 1 so the first one I downloaded for example was this one, and I did it via getfiles because dfiles would take hours

Apologies for the late response, I arrived late from work.
Today I've decided to play and ignore the issue, it's not affecting how my player is playing in any way, hahaha.
I wanted to change a training regime to one of my players and realized the issue is gone.
I've no idea why.
I can only assume there were some cache traces still causing the issue, otherwise I cannot tell why.

hello everyone,
i dont know if someone else has the same problem but at some random point my faces started dissapearing. i have tried to download the facepack again or to download a different face pack like df11 but it doesn't work. in the game it doesn't even show the shadows or the black silhouette. i have searched all over the internet but i couldn't find a solution. could someone with the solution please help me. thank you

Faces don't just disappear out of their own free will. You will have installed something incorrectly, thus causing some faces not to display.
Can you give an example of a player whose image isn't showing? And provide a screenshot of your graphics folder?

i downloaded the face pack and when i reload the skin they all show blank faces. anyone know how to fix it please? i have attached a picture to show.

Going by your download history, you haven't downloaded the full pack, but only an update pack. Download the full pack, then update it with the update packs, and you'll be fine 👍
I play the older FM games and I'm currently managed Merthyr Town on FM11 on the game I have the following player: FM15 Marcus Griffiths - Football Manager 2015 (sortitoutsi.net) in my team.. however I noticed there is another player on the game: FM22 Marcus Griffiths - Football Manager 2022 (sortitoutsi.net)
And from doing a lot of googling I'm pretty sure they are both the same player? The one I linked from FM22 says he played for Merthyr Town.

a) How on earth did you manage that when the total amount of images in the megapack is just over 400,000?
b) If deleting the whole folder doesn't work, delete chunks of images instead 😕
