So I've been having a difficult time getting any logo pack to work on my game. If there is a better place to post this let me know! I also tried googling this issue and watched several videos but they honestly just talk about the same thing or are not relevant to my problem. But I mean hey I'm not fantastic with computers so I could just be an idiot and am ignoring something actually relevant lol.

So initially I had all my files saved onto a one drive so I could easily access my games from my laptop and desktop. I then installed a logo pack onto it forgetting how big they are. It worked fine on my desktop but for some reason, it took forever to upload onto my laptop. So I deleted the logo pack and moved all of my files (when I say files I mean everything inside of the sports interactive folder) off of the one drive and onto my SSD. I downloaded the logo pack and put it back into the graphics folder but every time I follow the steps to reload the logo pack it does not work. Even after I change the "load games from this folder" setting to the folder I want. I thought this was because it was trying to access the logos from the one drive folders that no longer exist. So I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I followed the same steps and still nothing. I did notice that the sports interactive folder remained even after the uninstall. So I backed up my saves and just deleted the sports interactive folders. I reinstalled the game and started it up. But this time I was met with an "Unable to load the crash dump something something". The game still worked so investigated further and saw that it was never put in the sports interactive folder that I thought it would. So, it does not have the games, crash dump, skins, tactics, and so on folders inside. However, I was still able to find my saved game from where I put it and load it just fine. At this point, I'm just wildly confused with what's going on with the folders and I don't know how to fix it nor do I know how to get the logo pack to work. I think it's also noteworthy to mention I have not tried downloading any skins, player faces, and so on. Just the logos at this point.

So yeah, I don't really know what I did or what I'm supposed to do. Any advice would be great lol. Also FYI I have the game off of Xbox game pass and I have a Windows PC/laptop. Let me know if you have any other questions or if I can give you some more info. Thanks!

This sounds like it's not a Logo installation error but an error with your Football Manager settings.

(1) You can see how to change the folder where things are saved here: https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/9996916052369-How-to-change-the-Football-Manager-s-Sports-Interactive-folder-location-in-my-computer-

(2) Within the Game Preferences there's also a reset button you should try this. Your saves and graphics should then go in "Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023".

(3) You can try resetting the entire game via Steam either via verifying the integrity of the save files or uninstalling and reinstalling.

You probably don't need to do (3) though. It sounds like the path FM is looking in is something weird, you just need to figure out what that is. You could try opening the Pre Game Editor and seeing which location it looks in by default to open or save files.

Hi, thank you for your reply but these do not seem to be helping. I think it's important to mention I am not on steam but am on the Xbox game pass. Can you think of anything else I can try?

That's a bit confusing because the previous link I posted says the following:

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the Sports Interactive folder’s location for the Microsoft Store or Xbox app’s Football Manager.

How did you manage to and from your onepass folder vs your ssd if not by changing the game's folder location?
