It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too š

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

These are too small to be considered improvements to the current megapack cuts, which are mostly of excellent quality and quite recent.
That's the correct place to make requests, but these are the guidelines to what we look for in our requests. We have guidelines on our forums to make our lives easier and that of the community, and to avoid precisely this scenario.
Besides, once a request has been made, there's no need to post asking for it to be cut 9 minutes later.

Just thought I'd let you know the image in the āsortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2024.00_changesā file for the new Spurs striker Alejo Veliz (ID 3104065) is incorrect. I have attached the incorrect file and the correct one for your comparison.

Sorry. All my fault. I forgot that Veliz was not in the data base of the game I had been playing for some time, so I edited a random player (Younis El Himdi) to become Veliz using FMRTE. Thus the exchange of ID's and the image change when El Himdi was updated in 2024.00. Should have known you guys would not make such a simple mistake. Humble apologies again. Memory ain't what it used to be!

So i have downloaded the full pacakage 9gb in january and everything was working well , and today i installed a new one (taught it was an update) and adde it to the original facepack and then all the black default faces are gone , and its not a skin probleme , can you help me fixe it

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the following UID: 2000214896? It's Alvaro Gines' UID, who is one of the players whose cut-out isn't showing and a blank space is there instead.

so i didn't really understant , but what i can say is that Alvaro guines is just an example he doesn't have a face in the facepack , just an normal dark default face that is gone and so many player in the game , i put you some picture if that can help and please can you help me fix it , if you don't understande where the issue is invite in a call on discord or any plateforme so i can show you . When a blank space appears, it means that the config file is looking for an image which isn't there. That is the case here, and in fact the image you're looking for isn't being found in your search.
In an earlier screenshot, it showed you had around 760,000 images in your sortitoutsi folder. That's 370,000 images each in your faces and iconfaces folder, whereas the current image complement is 430,000.
I have no idea what images you have and don't have. My suggestion would be to remove everything you have, and download the torrent file. That will bring you up-to-date š

Hello I know youve been asked this a million times but I just recently downloaded the Torrent mega pack file with over 400k images and went through all of the steps but unfortunately certain players arent showing in game such as Haaland. Any advice would be great Thx š
