It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Hi, I think the getfiles download isn't working (something about the specified key not existing). Also a quick question - if I want to download all 13 files, should I extract each one right after downloading or should I download all of them first and then extract all 13 files at the same time? For some reason, you have around ⅔ the amount of faces, while the amount of iconfaces is correct. Either the file didn't fully download or you have to extract them again.

so i have the same problem as last year with pics. This year nothing is working. Tried making new config file with FMXml but to no avail. Im pretty tech savvy so ive read and tried everything. I copied the graphics folder from fm23 to fm24. yes its in Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 24/Graphics

We have a submission forum here. Given the game was released on Thursday, and the most recent version of this pack is from last week, it's no wonder the Japanese images in it are sporadic and/or old. Before requesting images, the site's database has to be updated to reflect the people added in the new game, so hold off for the time being.
Try downloading it again, maybe it didn't fully download. File is fine.

Just check the forum from time to time to see if they're available. Anyone in the game, you can add cuts for them.
In the meantime, you can cut some of the images yourself too 😉

I'm trying to get a cutout made of Lamine Yamal, however when I use the contribute button he doesn't appear in the list of in game items. Used both his name and ID.
Anywhere I can upload the image to have it made?

First time i launched game it worked. Then i used the name fix. And the pics stopped working. Deleted the name fix, reinstalled the game. Pics still didnt work. Used FMXML to make new configs, didnt work. Validated the files in Steam. Still didnt work. Uninstalled the game and deleted all the files i every folder that FM 24 creates. Deleted the graphics too. Re downloaded the face- and logopacks and put them in a different folder. Then i installed FM again, started it so it can make folders again. Then i moved graphics to its folder. Still didnt work and without namefix. Preferences are turned off cache and reload skins. Tried to switch the folder settings too in preferences but still nothing. Im lost right now on what to do. Skins works though… Last year it worked with making a new config file.
Edit: i see the xml file say: <record from="10" to="graphics/pictures/nation/10/logo"/> does that mean that i need to have the files in the following folder structure : graphics/pictures/nation/ ?
Edit 2: Tried turning off folder access in win 11 too. I removed access first and then it wouldnt even show the custom skin. Let fm.exe through and skin are back, but still no pics! Another thing thats weird is even if i uninstalled FM 23 from steam it still shows when i right click steam in the taskbar. When i click fm 23 it wants to install.. this is the weirdest thing. Will try to find old FM 23 files in the filesystem and see if that is conflicting

Evening, I've downloaded the full pack plus update but noticed Gabriele Biancheri at Man Utd on my save doesn't have a pic but when i search on here in the cut outs there is a picture for him. Just wondering if he should be in the megapack?

Hmm, strange. It could be that there are some cuts with UIDs not in the default database added by mistake, which happen to be the same UIDs of your first youth intake's youngsters. Can you give me a UID of one of them so that I can check?

There isn't anybody with that name in the site's database, let alone in Man Utd's squad. Not sure how you're saying there's a cut-out of him on the site 😕
Seems like he was added in FM24. I'm sure there will be a cut-out for him and thousands of other newly-added players in upcoming update packs 👍

Padrao is not in my game, but this is the newgen. About 7 of my youth intake had real faces and I'm guessing countless others in the world

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the following UID: 2000125465? Before you take a screenshot, can you post the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
When you run the search, can you change the below search options?
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

Hmm, your search function still doesn't seem to be working fine, since it doesn't pick up the image itself. Tbh, I have no idea how that particular image is showing for that particular player 😕
