It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

How many images do you have in your faces folder? And how many folders do you have in there?
Going by your downloaded file history, you only downloaded the 2024.01 update pack, which only contains ~10k images, not the full megapack which has over 440k.
Download the 2024.00 torrent file, then added the update pack on top of it 👍

Hey guys,
I have a probably stupid question.
Your screenshot in the installation guide for the pack says, it goes into the folder …graphics/players.
In the tutorial videos it goes into ..graphics/faces. I have to admid, I'm a bit confused where to put the 2 folders I have downloaded.

Makes no difference, as long as it's within the graphics path. It's just a matter of personal preference on how you like your files to be organised.

no, i downloaded also in first instance the original 2024.0 folder of course. Why it is now shown in my history? i do not know. As you can see. both folders (faces + iconfaces) contains over 400k pictures)
this is the information from the folder:
only a view pictures were loaded. but in summary: also stadium backgrounds and other pictures from skin were not loaded

Hi everyone, i want to add cutout images to my game but every time i tried to dowload it with torrent i see that there is no seed in torrent file.

Hello. I switched to SSD and clean installed windows 10 again. I reinstalled FM17 and FM 23 and downloaded the cutout megapack fm 24.00 torrent and installed as instructed. Everything is working properly in FM 23 but not in FM 17.
I never had problems with installing graphics. There are few pictures that appear as intended but for the rest a glitched weird pic appears instead of the normal black face picture. My game crashed as well a few times until I deleted the pack from the graphics folder.
Solutions I tried:
Nothing works.
I am attaching pictures that show the graphics path, the faces and iconfaces file content and examples of ingame face glitches.
Please help cuz I am out of ideas.

There is unfortunately nothing you can do 🤷♂️ it is a know bug, and the newer versions of the cut out pack does not work for older versions of the game. Only solution is to download a older version of the cut out pack. from before v.2022 I think.

Hi, I already downloaded the full pack from the fm23 and I thought i just need to download the new update and moved the previous megapack to the new fm24 folder. Should I download the full megapack for the fm24 as well then? Thanks!

There's an issue with WEBP format.
If a user uploaded pictures in webp format, when you download them, they are renamed (but not converted) to .png

Completed cut-outs can only be uploaded in png format. If a request is uploaded in webp format, it is up to the user downloading it to decide what extension it is saved as 😕
You haven't installed them correctly, but you've given me no way in which I can tell how.
