It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Question has probably been asked before but I cannot find an answer: Any tips on how to make the extraction faster?
I am extracting on a Surface Pro 9, 16 RAMs, and it has been taking 2 full days so far.. Not sure how this can be resolved and it's getting quite tiring.
Any easy(ier) ways to do this other than using WinRAR or ZIP?

I am trying to install the cut out players faces. The download was 11.9GB so was expecting that to take a while.
When I try copying the files across from my downloads folder to the graphics folder I have created it doesn't seem to be copying across, or at least it is taking forever and has been on 0% for 45 minutes.
What is the issue?

Hi, I just bought FM 24 and am downloading face packs for it. Downloaded the torrent file, extracted it through WinRar, but the faces aren't showing up - and I don't mean silhouettes, most of them have just vanished so I'm at a bit of a loss at what to do. Download is located in the sortitoutsi folder in my graphics folder. I'll also flag up another issue I suspect is related to it - for some reason I have two faces folder in my graphics folder, and neither have the full amount of faces specified in the pack. The one in the sortitoutsi folder has about 144,000 and the other 149,000. Logo packs are working fine so what do I need to do to sort out the faces?

Screenshots would help, but my suggestion would be to delete all the faces you have and either download the 2024.0 base pack from scratch or extract the rar file again if it's still on your hard disk.

@Jordi Blake, I have no idea how you have ended up with two faces folders.
The easiest thing is to delete both of them, and extract the rar again.

I have downloaded the premium members download and then been shown an unknown error not allowing extraction from the downloads folder.
Also when I click on the download it only appears to have a couple of files in it and no actual player's faces, just some random photos of people I'm assuming to be staff.
Someone, please help me with a suggestion…

The strangest thing happened.. I am using your sortititsi facepack like always and in every new save Mason Mount image is not loading… every other one is loaded except the Mount one. What might be the problem?

i'm having issues, if i unpack the first 4 files or so everything works fine, but once i unpack everything i cant see the players, they're just see-through.
im on mac and i used the unarchiver and unrared every single of the 13 packs and put them one by one into a faces folder in the graphics folder.
i saw somewhere here that i should only unrar the first file ?
should i still download them all ?

@mons i think the problem is in the way i extracted each one of them, maybe i should have just extracted the first rar file ? in each folder (1-13) is either two folders (faces and iconfaces) or just one of the two

You should have one faces folder with no sub-folders, with all images contained within this folder.

Anytime I download the file, it only comes with the faces folder and not iconfaces. Nonetheless the updated faces still don't show up in my save.

sorry if this is in the wrong place - ive spent hours downloading what i need, all was well loading the game and i just needed to install the facepacks
so ive subbed to get premium access and downloaded the 12.gb file - all good!
now the game loads forever..and ever and ever…. previous to downloading the face megapack, it was done in 1-2mins?
any help please?
