It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

The first time you load the game with the megapack, it'll take a while to load all the new images. Shouldn't take that long next time.

if Im honest, i task manager'ed outta there at around 10mins, i just wasn't sure all was well … but if you're suggesting it just needs a bit of time to load with the new images that's understandable and i'll give that a go now.
The loading screen with the “loading” on bottom right with the various languages just seemed to go on forever. I'll try now and see how i get on

Same problem than eveyone ! Impossible to extract anything now … It takes 3 days to extract ! I mean, I think if I keep it extracting, in 3 months it would stay at te same level …

Hi Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but cant find it. So i paid for premium membership for the site, downloaded the mega pace pack but when i try and move the file from downloads to graphics file its estimated over 1 day? Surely something is wrong here? I am only moving one file to another that took 20 mins to download?

Hi all, I downloaded the sortitoutsi cut out faces megabuck and am attempting to move it to my graphics folder. I unzipped the file, grabbed the faces and iconfacees folders, and dragged them into my graphics folder, and upon doing this my file explorer just crashed. I now can't open my documents folder at all to get back to the graphics folder, every time I attempt to do so it just doesn't respond. Am I shit out of luck? Is there any fix to this?

Restart your PC, and see if that resolves the issue.

I downloaded megapack and extracted faces / icon faces into graphics folder.
But in the game players' faces areas are blank.
I think that I didn't extract config file of megapack and now I cannot find that.
Is problem that? (not to extract config file into folder)

Do you change anything about the up- and download speed on sorti?
For 3-4 days up- and downloads of sources, previews, packs and anything else last several minutes.
Of course I've checked my internet, same data as always using a 100Mbps line via Telekom.

I do not use any VPN or anything else.

You said “up and downloads” takes several minutes, is the downloads part an exaggeration or genuine? For example I just downloaded your recent 45 image pack instantly, are you saying the download is taking minutes for you? Because that would definitely be a serious problem.
Would you be able to show a screenshot of the download running slow?

Thank you for your reply. After clicking on reply, it lasts 20 seconds to respond. Other websites with many pictures ect like kicker.de open within 2 seconds.
Unfortunately any preview I click opens within one second. Also every single picture I download the same. I will show a screen after my next pack-upload, one of the biggest problems. Everthing I asked for is now okay. But there is the preview problem, I check every pic if it is worth to cut, see the screen below.

Thanks @P-Jo11 when you are talking about images they should generally be from a different domain are you saying that when the domain is “sortitoutsi.net” AND urls where the domain is “b-cdn.net” they both take a long time?
e.g. https://sortitoutsidospaces.b-cdn.net/media/BfQq02S5Stc0dVSaN5zopJteNfAu0zADZkQPKnoh.png
That would indicate the problem is definitely your end because the stuff hosted on “b-cdn.net” is a totally different company, in a different country with different servers, 100% different in everyway.
Have you tried a few other things:

Thank you for your reply. Seems to be a problem with firefox (several websites didn't work well after the last updates). Neither Edge nor Safari are this lame, no matter if I use mobile devices or PC while checking the 6 points you've written. Thank you for your help. Case closed. 🙂
