Nope didn't change anything player wise , there is a turnaround of local players between all clubs and the big clubs are buying better players from smaller clubs , squad building isnt the best but much better, Just bumped the clubs reputation really high , increased the league reputation a bit , and changed the benefactors to “Background” while also increasing their finances , obviously its not picture perfect and there wont be Ronaldo-esque signings but there still are big signings coming to the rich clubs who are already in the top league and other rich clubs coming up ( Qadsiyah , Diriyah , Neom , Al-Ula ) , hopefully this is something fixed in the upcoming game , because having a “ foreground owner" definitely brings in better players , but its playable now at least ,
