which Kits Packages include second File, to put them in editor data Folder?
i understood, that this second File is for showing up in the match engine, the right colours.
it would be fine, to play fm24 and can see the right 3d kits in the Match Engine Game.
i just find like this 3d kits pack, that include this second File (England Leagues Level 1-6)

There is no list. Again, it takes the same amount of time for you as for anyone else to research this. Feel free to do so and share this information. This is no front against you, but I don't see any point why anyone else should do such a research for you while you have the same tools to do so. In the time since you posted your first comment you could have had your answer already.
