It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I am having great difficulty trying to download sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2025.01_changes.rar. Is it possible to upload the download files to the usual sources like mediafire or getfile? I just keep getting blacklisted or blocked messages from dfiles and depositfile.

Hi, I've been trying to add faces in manually but they keep saving as WEBP files rather than PNG, is there any way to fix this?

Searching the cut out faces on this site and then right click, save as straight into the Faces folder. It had been working a couple of months ago, but just tried to add a few yesterday and now only allows me to save as WEBP rather than PNG so they don't show in game.

Hi I am a new Premium Member and have just downloaded the full Cut-out Megapack. Everything looks to be in order. The full set of images (400.000+) are copied into the right folder (see attached). I have followed to instructions in the youtube video in FM24 but when I reload skin I don´t get any images not even the blacked ones from the default as you can see from the attached. Can you guys help with this issue.
is this is a config.xml issue? i noticed that the string that is mentioned in the file isn´t matching the one where the images and the config file are in. In the config file the string is: "<record from="100007" to="graphics/pictures/person/100007/portrait"/>"

The folder you gave us a screenshot of has only 133k cuts included within it out of the 480k+ in the megapack. It might be that you did not extract the megapack fully or not to the correct place…

It'll be a false positive. You should be able to download it anyway by overriding your anti-virus.

That signifies the release of the 2025.00 base megapack. You didn't keep up-to-date with the full 2024 megapack, so I suggest that you download the 2025.00 base megapack via torrent, then download the 2024.01 update pack.

I have downloaded the facepack and I have the 480k images, but only a handful seem to be working on FM. The rest have no image at all. Have I done something wrong with the set up? I've unticked cache and reloaded skin as normal, files are saved in C:\Users\xx\OneDrive\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2018\graphics\players

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the UID of a person who's not showing in your game?
Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
When you run the search, can you change the below search options?
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…
