It's a pain but can be done. Go to the team page (https://www.mfc.co.uk/teams/) and open page source in your browser (make sure to check “Line wrap” at the top). Links to the high quality versions of the images should all be here but finding them is tricky as it changes slightly for every team's website. For each player/manager you are looking for their “squadImageKey” link, so for Michael Carrick if you search “michaelcarrick”, find the adjacent squadImageKey link and paste that in place of the numbers and letters from the lower quality images: https://images.webapi.gc.middlesbroughfcservices.co.uk/4c2e65a0-53e5-11ef-ab9b-fd0a5b98e420.jpg

Belgium uses now the same urls than Spanish teams. Jupiler League (1st tier) and Challenger League (2nd tier). Choose a club, go to Team en personeel (or Équipe et personnel if you use the french version) and choose a player / staff member and you get this:

Unfortunately, no, they upload them that small on purpose. The only option is to go to the CAF's social media, but they post very few useful photos.

If you've ever looked for any photo of Mexican football, I'm sure you're familiar with the “card style” of the LigaMx page. This one:

Any idea on how to enlarge the pictures from the Ligue 1/Ligue 2 website? They might be usable as is but I wouldn't mind a slightly better quality still.
