It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Hello everyone, I'm currently loading the cut out megapack. Why does it continue to load after 34 parts? I'll soon run out of storage space. After I bought the premium yesterday, I click on part 1, then it downloads up to part 5. Then from parts 5-10 and so on. I'm currently at part 34, that's normal. After purchasing the premium, I can no longer see the list of how many parts the cut out mega pack has. It automatically sends me to another site and then the downloads continue on their own. Please help. I download the Megapack 2025.3

The download locations seem sketchy at best. Is there any way to host the downloads on getfiles or something. Tried to download and got multiple alerts about viruses.

Thanks for your answer. Look here. I click on the left side or where the arrow points. Then the other page opens and then it starts downloading. There is a cutout rar file, then part 1 and so on.

I know how to install it. My point is that when you click on it, it automatically loads a rar file. then continue to part 1 and so on. The video doesn't show where he clicked on it, but rather what it should look like in the downloads as a file. Who can help me? Or is the first file the RAR file enough and I don't download the other parts anymore. Otherwise I want my money back because it doesn't help me. Thanks

It's not clear to me yet what exactly the matter is. Screenshots would help because I'm not understanding what you're talking about.

The download page https://sortitoutsi.net/media/3371568/download writes “You need either the separate parts OR the torrent, not both. You will still need to get any update packs below.”, and at the bottom, it says “Make sure to Download All Parts before trying to install.”. So, you can either download the "sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_2025.00.rar” file via torrent, or download all 14 parts to get the same thing.
After that, you may download and install the update files, i.e. “…01_changes.rar” and so forth, to keep the content updated.

Thing is, he's a premium member. He gets the entire megapack with a single click and in a single rar file. I have no idea why he's mentioning parts 😕

The complete file is always up to date and includes the most recent update (when you are a Premium member). Meaning you do only need to download and apply the complete file and not the update files. After that you will of course need to download and apply any future updates (at present the next update file will be 2025.04). Hope that makes sense to you 🙂

Not really, but it's not that hard to do it yourself tbh.
This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element.
I would recommend using remove.bg, which is a free online tool which removes the background to an excellent standard, for free and almost instantly.
Here's a couple of videos on how to use it, one when combined with Photoshop and another using photopea.com, which is a free online app so close to Photoshop that it has the same shortcuts, layout and icons.
If you don't have Photoshop, photopea.com is the tool I would recommend to use to tweak the draft cut produced by remove.bg. It's more powerful and versatile than GIMP and other similar tools.

Can you make a search in the graphics folder of the UID of this guy?
Before you take a screenshot, can you sort the results in the manner outlined below?
This can be achieved by posting the UID in the red circle, choosing the view tab via the blue circle, the details option in the black circle and making sure the folder column in the green circle is long enough to display the full path.
When you run the search, can you change the below search options?
This will help me see if there is one or more other folders in your user data folder which contains one or more other facepacks, and where that image is coming from within your files…

You have 482,000 cuts, whereas the full megapack has over 488,000 images. You don't seem to have installed the update packs properly, I'm afraid.
