I signed up for something today which gave me premium membership. It said it was 67p or something. I have been charged £10 and would like a refund  I am very short of money and would never of paid this much. if it was 67p a month and didn’t take the whole £10 I would be ok with that. I didn’t see anything about its £10 immediately then a test subscription .

Fair enough that you don't have any money and perhaps has misunderstood the payment, but you have downloaded a hole bunch of stuff using your premium account 🤷‍♂️

Yes I did as iv only just started playing the game. I had no idea that membership made it possible for me to download all that. I could of got most of those things for free on other sites. i thought I was agreeing to just 67p. For 1 particular thing I really wanted. Can’t recall what it was now. I’m happy to re sign up once I get paid on 18th but really need to refund as am really short this month.

I signed up for membership in 2024 when I still played FM heavily. However I no longer play, and I was just charged a one year renewal, I did not know this would go off automatically. I've already stopped my membership, however I'd like to get help with requesting a refund.

Hi, I linked your premium services to my credit card 2 years ago, I stopped using the card and reactivated it yesterday. The first thing I was charged when I put funds into my account was the sortitout premium subscription, I already deactivated the subscription but I'd really like a refund. Hi, I don't mean to be a bother but I want a refund from @Footygamer or whoever does that type of thing. The forum for refunds (or at least the one I found) is closed so im talking here. 10 great british pounds is around 19 canadian dollars which puts me in a pinch. So asking for a dumbass's sake please give me a refund

It looks like you just signed up today, immediately asked for a refund then after asking for a refund went and did a load of downloads?

@thomas j gleeson I can't see anything from today. Is it possible you have two accounts and accidentally have two subscriptions?

I’ve been charged £10 for this years renewal as apparently I forgot to disable auto renewal. Can this be refunded please as I’m not currently playing FM.

I’ve cancelled the subscription but I can’t see any other way to request a refund.

Hi, @Footygamer  just purchased the £5 update still no email supplying the link. It shows as purchased in my shop thing. thanks in advance. 

@ivoryblud theres no email, just visit the FM24 Data Update page and it should have clear text letting you know you're getting the enhanced version.

I have paid the £5 for the enhanced options on the fm24 updates however I am now getting the attached issue saying I have not.
I paid for this on the 29th May 2025?
I actually did a download on the 12/06/25 as attached.
Any help would be lovely

Does it say, beneath the big green ‘update’ button that you have Classic FM? If so, that is all you need - I’m pretty sure when you purchase it links to your account in this forum.
