ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

Hey can you explain how you accidentally purchased it? There are alot of steps to go through it seems impossible to do "accidentally"

Is it to possible to have a refund on a mistake purchase? I did not mean to purchase it as PayPal automatically took the money after I pressed to view the purchase ?

having trouble with the subscription it says awaiting payment but yet money was taking out of the account please help @Footygamer

yes it probably has mate ....I just paid for something via online banking it has gone instantly from my account it might not clear the other side for 24 hours+ no idea how long it takes with us it is usually very quick but only footy could answer that, sit tight I hope this clears quickly for you, you have tagged him so he will look at it

I then ticked reload skin when confirming changes, and then reloaded the skins. Im not the best with technology and would appreciate help.

just to be sure your issue isnt with your membership per se as you can download with no issues?

in your profile check your shop orders it will show order status 

 

edit see you have checked yes mate nothing showing perhaps footy can assist

Shows 5th April 2020 as the latest, I can't see status for the purchase I made today.

Hello, I payed for premium account 2 hours ago. but i dont see the action only on my paypal profil. I dont see this in my account on the shopping history.

Please can you activa the premium membership?

I am having a similar issue. I purchased the premium membership and it doesn't show up in the “shop orders” section, even when I search my paypal email address on that page. @Footygamer 

@Footygamer  seems to be an issue with the orders above

 

users also need to read the opening post as you need to tag footygamer into your post

I just started playing FM21 and was about do download the facepacks and databases, but when I went to actually download them, I couldn't do it trough the premium membership option.

The problem is I've been subscribing since july of 2020 and once the membership is yearly I should still be able to download the items through the premium membership, right? Can anyone tell me why this happened?

there is nothing showing in your account that you have ever had premium membership, have you perhaps got another account?

footygamer can update you when he is free, but as shown nothing showing up in your account
