ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

We accepted credit cards for a bit in 2016 but someone used our site to test stolen credit cards and we got blacklisted by our provider and our money was held for 3 months which was a nightmare as we still had to pay for all our hosting and for all the codes that had been sold without the money from the actual sales.

I definitely want to add other options again one day but there's lots of things I want to add to the site and credit cards just isn't very high on the list.

I have Premium Membership for years now. But now I see that I have a really slow download (facepacks, logos). Only 1MB. Previous years it was not so slow.

Is this normal?

My internet connection is usually irregular and terribly slow but I've just tried downloading a file and got a 4MB/s download speed which is in the upper limit of what I'd usually get.

Are you downloading or streaming something else at the same time perchance? Download speed may be throttled in that case.

Can I cancel premium membership please. I bought last year as a guest on PayPal and have no way of cancelling recurring charge. @Footygamer

Premium membership activation isn't instant and may take a little while to be activated. Should be given premium status very shortly. If it's still unchanged in a few hours time, get back in touch with us 👍
