So the attachment is what a see now but on the 12th June I was able to download from classic fm site as well with all the dynamic updates etc and the enhanced update that I no longer have access to?

@Stumpy2k16 you probably have more than one account just by tagging you I can see that there are users called @Stumpy2k11 and @Stumpy2k24 and the 24 one has paid

Hi @Footygamer my Premium Membership renewal failed because i'd changed my card in PayPal. Wasn't sure if it would try to take payment again once i'd rectified it, so i bought another Premium Membership as I thought the first would expire. I now have two “Active” and it won't let me get rid of my initial one.
Please can you delete the one that expired in 2025.

@SwiftGenius I can't see a payment for you for premium, it looks like you signed up for the Data Update instead?

@Footygamer I have Signed up to 1 Year Premium membership but am still being told I need to pay for instant downloads without waiting through 3rd party sites.

I had to create this temp profile in order to post as i cant find any help in regards to my issue.
I cant log in to my premium account. I cant remember my email (I had a stroke) and as my laptop broke and therefore got wiped (was an autoconnect to this site) i have no idea what my password is, ive tried all my older ones ive had written down etc no avail so i dont even know if i have locked myself out it trying to get into my account with a wrong password or if and id suspect that its the email ive used in the past (crap youd never remember as an adult)
Sadly Ive been ill for sometime, but thankfully on the road to recovery. with FM delayed and then cancelled ive not been playing and obviously with my recovery its not been any sort of priority to play so not used this site for maybe a year give or take. looking to download some updates but I cannot log on. I am (and hopefully still) a premium member, as far as im aware i still get charged yearly, never gave any abuse or been warned. im not looking for any refund or anything. Im just looking for access or a way to update my new details to that account or at least knowledge that if possible the original account can be closed so i can start afresh with this one.

I have done the fm premium membership by mistake and it has been trying to deduct from me for a week now and i don't know how to cancel the membership before it deduct from me can someone help me here?

It looks like you have cancelled @Seif Ehab ? You can also do so at anytime by going to ⚙️>Shop orders

As per the first page and the comment right above yours, just visit ⚙️ > Shop Orders and you can click suspend in one click

Hi All. New to posting here so please be patient.
Paid my second annual subscription for download privileges etc; just recently.
Now I go to download the latest (and for me the first) data update for FM24
I find I can download a “basic data update” but to get a more complete download, including player attributes, I find I am required to pay extra.
Is this correct, and if so, why am I paying the annual membership ?
Would appreciate any help offered, thanks

Hey @Footygamer, I forgot premium was a recurring subscription for some reason (just canceled today). I was wondering if I could get a refund? I'm not looking at playing FM in the near future, and trying to save a few as well. Also, thanks for this site!

@Old Time Guy sorry these are different things, the “premium membership” = large downloads like the cut out faces and logos that cost alot of bandwidth. Data Update = Player Attributes that cost to gather the real world football data. We only charge for things that cost us money to create or share, hope that makes sense.

I just purchased a premium subscription through my credit card is there anyway i can cancel recurring payments or cancel the subscription so Im not paying for it for other years.

Hey so I started a new membership subscription (22nd August) however when I checked PayPal I had an outstanding payment to you from August 10th for £10. I was wondering if the now outstanding one could be cancelled on your end. I am more than willing to provide both billing ID from overdue payment on the 10th and the payment made on 22nd August.

Hi @Footygamer it should be from same PayPal account, if needed I can attach a screenshot of the payment, I am not sure if this has anything really to do with you guys but on PayPal it still says I have a direct debit overdue to you guys not allowing me to withdraw from my account.

Hi @Footygamer, unfortunately not. When I go to the FM24 Data Update, the Enhanced Data Update is still asking for payment (image below).

Sorry @Cpando1806 the premium and data update are different things unfortunately. Premium = faster downloads, Data Update = updated attributes and dynamic files. They're separate because for us they incur a completely different set of costs to run and manage. Sorry if that is confusing i've been meaning to try and improve the UI/UX of this area of the site.

@Footygamer hello a few months back i got charged (then refunded due request) but then charged again and since im still technically paying for the annual subscription because i got charged twice i was wondering if i could get access to download the premium stuff on the website?
