FC'12 only goes back as far as 2013-14 season but it wasn't until 2015-16 season when it expanded to other top leagues based on the information seen on the official website.
The fantasy or other chats might have individual kits from those years but not full packs to my knowledge.

The team does not tend to publish individual kits, only league packs. Once all kits are made, kits for next season are likely to be released around mid-August.
