3D Kits are special kits designed to make the match engine look even better, with the players wearing customised and improved kits on the pitch.
These will only work with FM24 and earlier. They will not work with the most latest unity versions from FM26 onwards.

Shouldn't we wait for the FM26 kit model to become available?
I think we should form a group of people to create the new template for FM26, extract the UV maps etc. etc. Premier League will be in the game, but LaLiga, LaLiga2 and other leagues will be missing. Potentially some Italian clubs again and Serie B. Maybe @bolid74 we can combine forces with the people behind kitcreator and @Bluestillidie00 and that guy that extracted the UV map?

I assumed in advance that FM26 will feature completely new graphics with new player models, animations and different kit texture layout. But after looking at FM26 match trailers, I'm not so sure anymore. Animations and players in general look exactly like FM24 and it's possible in my opinion that SI simply “ported” FM24 assets in new engine with intention to update them more in future releases. So it all depends if there will be new template for 3D kits.

I guess most creators do, but we have some people doing graphics for FM24 maps. So I marked them with the old map.

They do it on another forum. If there is a point in making another version. Moreover, it is possible that the new version of FM will have a different template and resolution.
